9/01/03 Joining the ARMS racing team for 2004 will be Jeff Cleveland from Sylacauga, Al. Jeff has many years of 10th scale racing experience and has tried his hand at 1/4 scale in 2003. He has run many local club races with some good finishes, and like all of us others, some bad as well! He piloted a Pro1 car for most of 2003 but is moving up to a team car which will be loaned to him and is actually the test car used by ARMS and built by Gary Crumb at Gram Cracker Race Cars. This is the same car that is used locally for testing NEW and INNOVATIVE ideas that usually get passed on to you, the racer. Hopefully in 2004, we will have our OWN designed car completed and tested which will be called "THE RATTLER "! We feel Jeff will be an asset to the team to help ARMS move forward in achieving the best for everyone ON and OFF the track! _________________________________________________________________ 9/23/03 Moving on in 2004 we will be running the SERS which is the "South Eastern Racing Series" and will be held at 4 different tracks located thruout the south east. Tracks for 2004 will be Lagoon Park in Montgomery, Al., SugarBowl Raceway in Buford, Ga., Carolina Speedway in Easley, SC. and Lakeside Speedway in Clover, SC. Exciting things is sure an understatement when the top racers in the region will hit these tracks to do battle for the championship! Trust me, you WON'T want to miss any of this series!! _________________________________________________________ 9/24/03 Would like to mention that if anyone is interested in having a race body or show body done using their own design or a copy of a real car, please be sure to get with Jeff Cleveland. His bodies are 1st class as you can see from the one he just did for my display car. He uses top quality paints and vinyl and takes his time in making sure every detail is as close to real as possible. I'm sure if you want to be a candidate in your next concourse, or just want a piece to show your bud's, you'll want Jeff to do a body for you!
